Record Retrieval

Our record process begins when we are contacted to find and retrieve a record. In accordance with the Rules of Civil Procedure, we prepare subpoenas and provide notice to all interested parties. We then contact the record provider, serve the subpoena, and obtain a certification of records. Upon retrieving the records, copies are reproduced and forwarded to the requesting parties. Knowing that consistency aid efficiency, all record files sent are uniformly organized according to the clients requirements and specifications.

Document Duplication

Because all records are electronically scanned and coded during the production process, we are continuously building databases of our clients records. This expedites record research and verification in addition to tracking requests and billing for each client file.
